Transactions to Strategy - Possible?
Big 4 has Transactions practice with focuses on (1) Strategic advisory through commercial due diligence and (2) Operational support (operational / financial DD and integration / carve-outs etc)
If I were to work for the strategic advisory pillar within the Transactions practice of Big 4, how difficult or easy would it be to switch to strategy consulting or corporate strategy in the future since the underlying skills (market analysis, growth opportunities etc) would likely be transferable?
Thank you.
Which Big 4 firm are you talking about?
@beny23.. I was specifically referring to E&Y.
