Healthcare clients are everywhere, so I would say your odds are high. I did healthcare consulting for over 5 years and there were Cali folks on my east coast and midwest projects all the time. It really depends on what is sold at the time you are looking to get staffed.

Depends on where in healthcare. For pharma, it'll typically be San Fran, LA, Indianapolis, NJ , Chicago, and maybe CT.
True, I took it to mean healthcare provider, but pharma is pretty concentrated.
