I've heard from my post-MBA friends that it's more or less the same.
Yes, as a former engagement manager, it is very much the same. Generally speaking, a Pre-MBA will likely have more of a heavy quantitative module (think: heavy modeling, etc.), whereas a Post-MBA will have more qualitative and relationship-oriented modules (i.e., client interviews, qualitative analysis, etc.)
