• 30 min: full case interview
• 30 min: debrief with structured feedback
• 30 min: open Q&A — PEI, fit, rubrics, and the tactics that helped me break through
If — and only if — I think you’re ready, I’m also open to referring you. “Ready” means:
- Strong, hypothesis-driven casing
- Clear, thoughtful communication
- A spike in at least one rubric area
- Demonstrated prep through previous cases and how you talk about them
