Updated McK JEM and ex-interviewer offering case help

I’m wrapping up at McKinsey and transitioning into PE, with some travel in between. Figured I’d pay it forward like others did for me (and cover a bit of that travel cash in the process).

I’m offering a 1.5-hour prep session for $150, structured as:
• 30 min: full case interview
• 30 min: debrief with structured feedback
• 30 min: open Q&A — PEI, fit, rubrics, and the tactics that helped me break through

If — and only if — I think you’re ready, I’m also open to referring you. “Ready” means:

  • Strong, hypothesis-driven casing
  • Clear, thoughtful communication
  • A spike in at least one rubric area
  • Demonstrated prep through previous cases and how you talk about them

I’ve referred five people so far — all landed at least a first round. NO GUARANTEES, but if you’re sharp, I’ll back you.

If you’re interested, email me at [email protected] — first come, first served.

And yeah, I know it’s not free. But I did over 200 cases, paid $250 for a coach who was useless, and swore I’d do it better if I ever gave advice. So no hero talk — just a more useful, more honest offer from a capitalist who kinda has a heart.
