What are the options for lateraling from Tier 2/Big 4 consulting to MBB?
What are the various routes for lateraling? Is the only realistic option to hope and pray to get into a top-tier MBA from Tier 2 and then go with on-campus recruiting? Or are experienced hires without an MBA realistically possible? What about experienced hires with an MBA?
