what did I just do?

So, I was searching for internship opportunities on a consulting site, and after applying to a few postings, I realized that I had no clue what OUBC stood for... then I looked it up...

WHY DIDN'T THEY ELABORATE?!?!

The entire post looked like every other one, except for "This opportunity is posted in relationship with the 9th Annual OUBC."

Now, to my question:

Am I going to have to hit on male recruiters from this point on? Because I can't find a way to cancel my application. What would you guys do? God, I hope none of the consultants I've been talking with find out...

Crossed over from funny to immature with your question. I did get a chuckle imagining your thought process while posting this though.

4:00 pm-You're perusing a consulting site at your leisure when you notice a funny little message at the end of a few job postings. 4:10 pm You google what OUBC actually is and have a good laugh. 4:15 pm Apply to a few jobs and go back to Imagine: John Lennon 5:30 pm: Finish Imagine and proceed to watch the U.S. vs John Lennon. 5:40 pm: You start to get bored with John Lennon, your mind starts to wander and you begin to ask yourself, wouldn't it be funny if I had applied to those positions? 5:47 pm: Promptly post about it on WSO, throw in a few gay jokes for good measure. 5:50 pm: Start to doubt your own sexuality, begin to wonder if John Lennon is actually attractive. 6:00pm: Begin furiously masturbating to John Lennon 7:09 pm: log back onto WSO and wonder who threw monkey shit at you.
