What does it take to get a MBB return offer

Just heard from B recruiting that offers for undergrad interns won't be extended until the last week of the internship, which realigns them with the rest of the corporate world apart from Bain, it seems. This is 100% a departure from the last few years.

For those of y'all who make the return offer decisions, what does it take to get/lose the return offer? What hard and soft skills would you want to see in an intern that makes you say "I want to work with them again."

Thanks in advance!!!

Interned last summer

Basically, don't do anything stupid (alcohol, drug,) or disrespectful (saying things you shouldn't, being rude, not doing the proper things on your case team) and you'll get a return offer.
