What happens during interviewers' feedback meeting?
I understand that interviewers meet and discuss after doing the interviews. Can you share your experience about this? Is it different if its Round 2 and not Round 1? What if one has done poorly in one case and has done excellently in one? Who has the final say?
Would be great to hear what is happening during the meeting.
