What is a will?
A will is an authoritative archive by which an individual, the deceased benefactor, communicates their desires with respect to how their property is to be dispersed at death, and names at least one people, the agent, to deal with the bequest until its last appropriation. Subsequently, a Will is a legitimate affirmation of the goal of a departed benefactor concerning his property, which he wants to be done after his demise.
