What is wrong with this application?

Hi guys,
I know you must be thinking....this is yet another resume/cover letter post again....but I would really appreciate if someone can look over my application. I am trying to get ready for the next semi-recruiting cycle in January/February.

I just graduated from an engineering master program from a target school in Canada. I have had some student association experience and some IT experience..I think I should be getting at least an interview from HR with my background. However I was dinged last recruiting cycle during September from companies like Deloitte/Accenture.

I am not posting my application here for safety reasons. If someone is willing to take a look to spot anything that stands out in front of them, please leave a message and I will send the link to my resume/cover letter with many thanks.

Thanks!
