What to do if my single most important goal for college is to get into consulting

I go to a top 10 school so there is on campus recruiting, but some people at my school did random thing before consulting and other where gearing towards finance and then did MBB after graduation. My singular goal is consulting and so far I dont know what I can do to have the best chance to land an offer other then practice cases and apply to internships.

Just get internships and have a good resume. You already go to a top 10 school so you will get interviews if you have a good GPA and decent experiences. Closer to recruiting cycle just practice casing and reach out to people to learn more about firms.

Not sure what year you're in but just enjoy school for now as much as you can. Obviously COVID gets in the way but try and make the most out of your college years.
