What to expect from "Delay analysis case study" in an interview?
I'm interviewing at a consulting boutique and I was told that this was one tests I'd be given during my interview. The firm does litigation consulting - assessing financial damages resulting from contract breach, etc. - and transaction support and advisory, so analyzing profitability of the target company, its market outlook etc.
Now, what on God's green earth, is a delay analysis case study? Is it referring to delay in a merger? A delay in production? A delay in a deal?
