The university is more important than degree. That being said, just study something that you're passionate about but isn't a complete waste of money (e.g. film studies, what reputable movie director ever did this??). And if your course isn't financially related, then just do something on the side that can prove you have financial acumen.

 

This forum will primarily tell you Finance, Economics, Mathematics, and Accounting.

As @Jokosor said, pick something you're passionate about and go from there. If you have specific firms in mind you'd like to work for, check out the 'People' section on their website and see what some of them majored in.
