What's risk and regulation consulting like?

Hi, I'm new here. I have an interview coming up in risk and regulation consulting firm and I guess since this is a pretty specialized niche, I can't find much on the subject. They work with retail, investment and insurance - any idea/experience about the hours, kind of work and exit opps? I know the money isn't crazy. Any info would be great. it's based in London.
