When Does EY offer consultants bonuses?
I was curious as to when EY starts offering its consultants bonuses. Is it straight out of undergrad or do you not receive bonuses until 2+ years on the job. Also what would theses bonuses look like?
lol you are right. no bonuses for staffs. when you become senior you get them, but theyre minimal. 8-10% of base. speaking about their management consulting arm- not Parthenon so im assuming it would be different
