Will big-four accept foreign expreniced hire applications?

Dear friends,

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this kind of question. I am either a US citizen or greencard holer. If I submmit my application through expreniced hire route, and everything else were assumed to be satisfactoy （i.e CV, prior expereience, qualification and interview performance etc). Will big four process this kind of application? Will they help sponsor H1B visas? Your reply would be geatly appreciated.
