Work experience and changing universities
I'm going to study chemical engineering at the University of Calgary (ranked 10th in Canada), and I was wondering if working as a Customer Service Representative for a branch in my first year would help me get an internship at an investment bank? I understand that it's by no means a good university for that, so I'm hoping to transfer into the University of Toronto, and do my best to get into an Ivy League school from there. And is it realistic to transfer into any Ivy League school during my undergraduate degree, or should I just get an MBA there?
How old are you?
No, customer service will not get you to IB
I'm 19. And thanks guyfromct, I guess I shouldn't waste my time with that then.
