Applying to Corporate Development Role for 3rd time
If I were to apply to the corporate development department for a summer analyst role at a top F500 company, as well for their full-time role, and got rejected both times. Is it still possible for me to get into their process a third time, a year from now. The reason I am asking is that I really really want to work at this company but the department is really small, so I am 100% sure I would get the same interviewers the third time around. If it makes any difference, I got to the final round both times.
You can apply, but I don’t think your prospects look good because you made the final round twice and got rejected. Since they are a small team, they probably remember you.
Since it is a small team, in lieu of just applying, why not reach out to the interviewers directly? I’m sure they gave you biz cards.
Tell them you are still interested and you want to apply again, and ask if they have time for an informal chat about process.
