Are Rotational Leadership Development Programs Worth It?
Is it worth it to do a LDP and do 2-4 rotations depending on the company and then become "officially" full-time 2-3 years after graduating?
How does it look on a resume if worst case scenario you are not offered a full-time position after the program? Would it be easy to get hired elsewhere?
This applies to finance LDPs and other fields like HR, marketing, etc.
