BB&T Leadership Development Program Capital Markets Associate
Hi all, I am wondering if anyone can provide more insight about the Leadership Development Program for BB&T. I know that it is a 9 month program of credit training in Winston Salem North Carolina (their HQ) and after that you get placed into a role. Im wondering if there is any guarantee that you will get the group that you want? And is it really true that BB&T is suing people who leave the company before 5 years? Thanks in advance.
