Big 4 salaries are very dependent on location. Do some searching around the accounting websites (there are a few), you'll have better luck than on here.

salary = 18k signing bonus = 25$ bonus = 500$
salary = 50k signing bonus = 2k bonus-no soup for you

50-65 k bonus is usually 1-3 k
