Bloomberg Analytics and Sales Final Round Interview

I wanted to know if anyone has some knowledge about this round? It's going to be with a manager - what can I expect? More sales questions or more Terminal related questions? Also, how hard is it to move to other opportunities outside this role? I actually love the culture but I'm just curious as I know they frown on leaving the firm. Any examples of people who've done it? Thanks!
