Capital One Finance Rotation Program
I just got an offer to Cap One for their FRP, but I don't know if I want to take it. The role is more corporate finance (FP&A, controllers, etc.) and I fear I might get stuck in corp finance. Would it be hard to pivot or move out of corp finance after the program?
