Career Help - Earned my BA in economics

Hi, I just earned my ba in economics from an average ranked public university with a 3.00 and need guidance as to what to do next. I want to work for a large company that has a financial department and somehow obtain a position as a financial analyst. I Most of the companies I've seen online require their analyst to have a ug in accounting or finance, which i did not get. Should I go back to school for a msf in order to compete for those jobs or will i be fine with just economics? I know eventually I'll also need an mba to advance to senior positions. Any advice would be appreciated.
