Cargill Corporate Development or Koch

I want to know what the reputations are of Cargill's and Koch's Corporate Development Teams (also Koch Equity Development) are. Cargill's associates on LinkedIn look stacked from M7 schools which is surprising given it's Ag and in Minnesota. Koch's associates I could beat with a butternife. What's comp for an Analyst/Associate? Base: 85k for Analyst and 110k for Associate? Database here doesn't have much for either. Any other companies like Monsanto have good opps?
