Commercial banking career growth/salary
I'm a first year commercial banking analyst in a two year program at a top BB in a strategy role. Salary is 100k and typical hours seem to be 9-6. Was wondering what the exit ops are and if I stay in CB what I could expect in terms of salary long term.
I'm really looking at long term growth and don't want to be stagnant and hit a low pay ceiling with no valuable opportunities.
