Corp strategy/dev groups that hire undergrad interns?

Hi everyone, I'm a current sophomore/rising junior at a "semi-target" (i.e. non-ivy but a decent number of kids get MBB and BB summer and full time offers). I'm going to be recruiting for some consulting firms in the fall but I've also become really interested in corporate strategy/dev groups. Some that I've heard are AmEx Strategic Planning, Capitol One Strategy Group, Disney Corp Strat/Biz Dev, DE Shaw Corp Strategy, Google BizOps, Blackrock Strategy.

I know most of these teams don't hire out of undergrad and target primarily MBAs and/or bankers/consultants but I was wondering if anyone knows about any groups that take undergrad interns, and anything about that process. Thanks!

thanks for the suggestion! From what I've read, IB strats seems like a quant role geared towards math/CS majors and seems like a ton of programming/development - how strategy-oriented is the work (if you're familiar)?

My close friend works for one at a BB so I know about this. The programming is statistically oriented. A lot of R, excel macro, and stata are used. However the exact programming language used also depends on the group. They also do a lot of macro market research and produces annual market reports (again depends on the team as well). On a day to day basis they do credit risk analysis, capital structure optimization, and some other economic research to advise clients. The service is more quant than generalist IB but they are more like quant consulting strategist. If you have the econometrics background you might like it.
