This is a complete guess, since you haven't given much detail about the position... I wouldn't expect them to ask you very many technicals. But I do think they will expect you to show an interest/some knowledge about the company/industry. Read up on industry primers, the "news" section of the company website, pull up the company's public filings, and form an opinion on the latest news (tax credits expiring, outlook on nat gas, etc).

And of course, anything on your resume is fair game. So if you've listed any deals or that you helped build a model, you should be able to answer detailed questions about that.
