Debt Conversion

I would like to turn the dollar-denominated debt of the company to domestic currency. The goal is to keep the original yield for the lenders after conversion into the domestic currency. Is there any specific methodology I should follow? Do you know any cases of similar conversions? Are there any caveats I should know about? Thank you in advance!
