My company is looking to buy their first IT company that has two legs. One in Germany and other in America. They want to know if there is any way to make the due diligence faster and cheaper. So I wanted to draw from experience if you have any idea as to what should be the strategy here. What do I look for and how to make this more effecient. Will we have to hire one of the big boys to do the due diligence in two different continents?
