EIB (dev bank) opportunity

Hi, This is probably targeted more to the European context. I am a final year MSc in Finance student at a top BS in the region with an offer for an intern position at the European Investment Bank, in a public sector focused division. I was wondering if anyone here on the board has some insights with respect to exit ops in Europe, or the reputation in general of the dev banks. I am planning to do a PhD next, but I am open to going into industry as well.
