Take my advice with a grain of salt since I am an intern. You will likely need an MBA as you know. I would suggest the FDP since it will give you greater variety of work and make you more unique than the big 4 applicants. If the FDP has CD or CS, then get a rotation in those groups and you should be on track to get into an M7.
