General Motors Interview Help

Going to be interviewing with somebody from the finance team at GM in the next few weeks. Recruiter explained that it will be a mix between behavioral and technical questions. It's for a Financial Operations Intern role. I am a junior at university and recruiter said that since this is an internship the technicals won't be too difficult.

Wondering if anybody who has interned for Big 3 auto or maybe just corporate finance in general can offer some insight as to what I'm looking for in terms of the technicals. From looking at financial analyst interviews on glassdoor, it seems like they're asked about the major financial statements.

I would love any advice I can get on prepping for this interview because I really want to shine. Working in CorpFin for a Fortune 15 company sounds like a dream.

Not exactly related but if anybody can offer insight on securing a full time role as well that would be great. Is it like IB where they offer FT roles after the summer internship wraps up or do I have to restart the formal application process?

I would reach out to people who are currently in the program on Linkedin or something. If you're at a school GM recruits at, you shouldn't have any trouble with this. Ask them about the program and for advice and stuff.
