How to get transaction services job in usa ?

Hi everybody!

I'm planning to fulfill one of my dreams and travel to the USA to pursue a master degree and take my chance to land a job in transaction services there. Which Business School do you recommend ? and which master in particular offers a good training for this job ? (also could you please include affordable BS)

Currently i live in a third world country and i'm working in auditing/assurance at a big four (planning to stay around 3 years), i hold a master from an average french business school + 6 months internship in M&A in paris.

Thanks a lot for you advices.
