How to leverage job offer when happy at current role?

Hi all,

I'm a strategy analyst at a FAANG, and really enjoying my role, boss, colleagues and work. Really no desire at all to move companies.

I recently got another StratOps offer at another top tech company where I don't like the vision/ethics of the company (think Palantir). I interviewed to get a sense-check of my market value, not because I am unhappy with my role at all.

Pay is 50% higher, but I still don't want to move for the reasons above (I've been unhappy for large parts of my life, so I don't take it for granted). I expect to be at roughly that level comp-wise 12 months from now at my current FAANG.

My question is whether there is a way to bring up this competing offer strategically at work, to explicitly or implicitly try and get accelerated promotions and the like. I have a good relationship with my manager and have 2~ years of experience here with great ratings so far, but I understand that bringing this up can be very delicate and may blow up in my face.

Any advice here would be welcome.
