How to shift from accounting to Finance

Getting my MBA, have my CPA and been in the insurance industry for 10 years. Total Comp is $175k+15% bonus.

How would you suggest I make the jump to finance with slightest drop in comp? In the midwest, willing to relocate but not to NY or Cali.
