I'm graduating a quarter later. Should I tell my interviewer?

I have an interview with the corp finance group of a F500 company for a full time position and their desired start date is June 1. However, I need an extra quarter to finish my courses for my degree and will not be graduating until Aug 1. Should I tell them during my first round interview my situation? Do you think I'm disqualified if I don't graduate by June 1? I can take 6 courses this quarter and next, but don't think that's doable since they are all upper div.
