IMHO you should only be worried about building a nice CV since you're an undergrad.
Goldman is the place to be an intern, no matter the division/place of work.
Agreed. Right now you're not looking at where to start your career, you're looking at what internship will allow you to have the best offers that fit your needs out of school. Goldman, hands down.

But what are my options after this summer? I heard Market Risk is very narrow and its hard to get out of
It depends. If you have GS in your CV, your options will probably be the ones that you will want to be. Just FYI, I know a partner in a B4 whose background for clients says "XXX came in 1999 from JP Morgan...".
He was an intern there, but not all the people have the privilege to work for either JP or GS, it says a lot.
Goldman, no questions. It will without a doubt help develop your personal brand. Also if its 20 mins from your home you should still have your friend group from there, right?
That $1500 signing bonus alone will buy you a roundtrip ticket to most places in the world. You can fly to Boston and hang for a week if you really wanna check it out or even better go somewhere cool like Amsterdam.
Bonuses are withheld at 40% unless Goldman is also paying tax assistance he'll get just under $900.... but that shouldn't bother him he is a communist after all.
If I remember correctly is the Liberty Mutual gig a corporate strategy role? If that is the case you should go with that one.
Corporate Strategy would feed a lot easier to MBB then a BOGoldman Sachs job. Name and pedigree is very important don't get me wrong, but if you can implement a project and actually do things in your internship you'll have a lot more talking points.
Get Goldman on your resume. This is only a summer internship so employers won't hold it against you if come out of there not exactly perfectly matched to your future career (which might still change anyway). Definitely worth the 10 weeks or whatever to establish your brand and save $$$ while commuting from home. I went to a non-target and I will tell you that company brand has helped keep me in the game for my career, so much so that I'm very particular about where I go moreso than what I get to do-assuming there isn't a game-changing difference in compensation and it isn't work I absolutely hate.

Just FYI in Irving, GS is going to be back office. I don't believe they have any FO divisions even in Dallas.
