IRO in Biotech. What can I do after a MBA?

Dear,

I am working as an Investor Relations Officer in a great Biotech firm for 3 years, straight after a entrepreneurship experience in retail of 3-4 years (Interned in Capital Market).

I think in would be difficult to advance as most of Investor Relations Directors have a more technical background, besides I would like to change.

As I am European I already have a MSc in Management but with an emphasis in Finance.

I was wondering what kind of positions a great MBA will be able to put me in. Will it be better to emphasize on the Biotech side or Finance side? Have you some jobs available regarding my profile?
