Is Nevada a good choice for a C Corporation?

Hi guys, I'm new to the Finance world and I'm trying to understand it all. I don't know which forum I should belong too, but I'm slowly learning. So to my question: Is a Corp in Nevada a good choice?

I'm trying to figure out what entity I need for my company. I will sell backpacks and related travel products and I am not a US citizen. I have only been in the US on vacation (I live in Europe). The company has to be established in the US, since many of my customers will be there. I heard Delaware and Nevada were really business friendly. I would really like to start my business in Nevada. I think C Corp is the most tax friendly entity (correct me if I'm wrong). I have a lot of stuff to go through.

"TippyTop11" why not California??

California has corporate taxes. Nevada has none. I like Nevada because Vegas is only a 6 hours drive away from San Diego and it is close to LA as well. On the other hand, Delaware has one small city. It is close to NYC and Washington DC. It's also only 40min away from Philadelphia. But Wilmington, Delaware has one of the highest crime rates. They are also mostly Democrats. Is there a big difference between incorporating in Delaware vs Nevada?
