M&A Consultant vs Management Controll

Hello everyone,

I will be doing my 2 years apprenticeship in france and I got two offers for it. Most of the cases, Apprentice end up getting full time offer in those companies.

Two offers are:

M&A Consultant at an IT consulting start-up. Total employee : 10-15

Management controll - FP&A and Operations (BI, Data Analysis etc) at a tech Company
Total employee: 1500
Presence in 23 countries (Main office San jose, US).

Which opportunity would help me to propel my career?

Note: I dont have any strong inclination to the M&A or Tech. I just want to know which would be great for my future.
