Most insane fees for an IPO book underwriter?
We are listing on an exchange and the Corporate Financier wants very high fees.
- 5%-7% of the fees raised
- Success fee of 2.5 Million
- Monthly retainer fee of 500K
This to me is insane and literally 10X what the IPO legal advisor is charging, who is also the project manager. Any takers?
