Most insane fees for an IPO book underwriter?

We are listing on an exchange and the Corporate Financier wants very high fees.

  1. 5%-7% of the fees raised
  2. Success fee of 2.5 Million
  3. Monthly retainer fee of 500K

This to me is insane and literally 10X what the IPO legal advisor is charging, who is also the project manager. Any takers?
