Next step after landing F500 corporate job

Originally, I was pursuing the IB career path (go figure right?). Emailed, networked, stalked on LinkedIn and was able to land a handful of interviews at some top firms but with no luck. Recently, I was accepted into a rotational program for a F500 firm as their first class. This is their Global Management Development Program but not in the traditional sense. Even though it is called GMDP, the company allows some flexibility in what rotations I can choose depending on my interests. I was thinking my rotations as Business Analyst, Business/Corporate Development and Strategy, fingers crossed I can get these positions.

WSO has many people contributing to the IB career path but I would love to hear from someone in corporate about what the exit ops are like for someone like me? How likely is a top 14 MBA? Is it possible to get into PE or even IB in the future? I know that there are other factors affecting the answers to those questions, but I'm just looking for some high level guidance. Never hurts to plan ahead and keep my options open no matter what I decide in the future! Thanks!
