Older WSO members, what is 1 piece of advice you would give to new professionals

I'm a 1st year analyst at a boutique IB in SF starting work next week - I work corpfin not IB tho. To all of you older members (3-5+ years of experience), what are a few pieces of advice that you would tell your newly graduated self before beginning work?
