Raymond James ADP FT- Finance (risk management)

Any information on Raymond James FT ADP program, specially the risk management track? There doesn’t seem to be much info online so I’m curious what the comp and work life balance is like in St Pete’s and any general knowledge of the firm/program as well.

I never found out more info. Made it to the final round but it was super weird. They gave offers to a set number of kids combined for all of the programs they had instead of x number of offers per program (so offers were given for IB, risk, and their others collectively).

From what I remember, there was maybe 30 kids or so in the final round out of either close to 1,000 or over 1k applicants from what we were told. I still don’t understand why offers were given the way they were since there are obviously vastly different ADP tracks but yeah
