Recent Graduate about to begin FADP at Wells Fargo

Hello,

In July, I will begin my first post-graduate full-time position at Wells Fargo in San Francisco, CA. I am participating in the corporate finance - Finance Associate Development Program (FADP), which consists of three rotations in a 12-month period.

My rotations include: - Financial Planning and Analysis - Asset and Liability Management - Treasury Financial Planning and Analysis

I have done some research on what to expect in each rotation, but I wanted to get some real-life insight into these areas. If you could share some information regarding what to expect, advice on how to succeed, as well as any skill sets that would be beneficial to have on day 1, I would greatly appreciate it.
