Regarding Corporate Recruiting Cycles

Do corporate jobs, including strategy, bizops, and the like, have similar recruiting cycles to PE firms, or is the recruiting process less structured? Couldn't find this in a search--thanks for any responses.

Strategy probably doesn't because they're smaller teams and pick people up as needed. A couple of exceptions would be companies like CapOne and Disney which recruit people directly out of college.
