What kind of Industry exits do Valuation Analysts at places like D&P have to the Corporate Side with the skills they develop?
Is it possible to get into Corporate Development? I know that most prefer IBD/Consulting backgrounds but I keep hearing that some valuation guys get in, can anyone confirm? Or is there a better path.

Get an MBA.
This is absolutely something that you'd want to get your MBA for. I've heard of some guys doing this out of a big 4, I'm not sure about boutique firms like D&P.
