Rolling / quarterly forecasts. Let's say a $1B+ revenue tech company with 2000+ headcount.
Too many factors to consider for a blanket statement like that. If it's a giant established company and you're just forecasting headcount, if you miss by more than a couple percent, you suck at your job. If you're at some startup with rapid growth and you're forecasting sales, good luck getting within 10%.
Exceptions also apply.
