What is the difference between PwC Deals and Consulting?
What is the difference between the deals group at PwC and the consulting group? I'm very confused since both seem to perform the same kind of work
PwC Deals - FDD, Valuation, Deals Tax Deals Strategy (PwC Strategy& Como) - CDD and Divestiture Strategy Management Consulting - DDV which is M&A consulting. OOD, Intergration Support, etc.
I'm trying to revive this thread and was wondering if someone with experience with the two could clarify the difference as I'm looking at deciding between them to start.
Which would be the better of the two at the moment? (i.e. PwC Deals v Management Consulting)
